SUNNIE PAXSON (piano) Voted one of Los Angeles' Best Jazz Performers in Los Angeles Magazine and listed in Jazz Week's as one of the Top 100 Artists for radio spins, contemporary jazz pianist, songwriter, producer, and performer Sunnie Paxson is known for her driving grooves and memorable melodies. "Give a listen to Sunnie Paxson. She is a tremendous pianist and a very talented composer. She has recorded and toured with me and she has an extensive knowledge of music" ~ Stanley Clarke A native of Philadelphia, Sunnie toured with legendary jazz bassist Stanley Clarke. She has recorded and/or shared the stage with many other jazz greats including Danny Gottlieb, Doug Webb, Rick Braun, Michael Paulo, Everett Harp, John Patatucci, Jerry Brown, Larry Carlton and Justo Almario.
FEDERICO RAMOS (guitar) is a Uruguayan guitarist, arranger, producer and composer. He is credited with incorporating jazz, blues and rock influences to urban Uruguayan music and is a specialty studio musician. He has collaborated with, Andy Williams, Yusef Lateef, Jon Anderson, Milton Nascimento, Ray Brown, Jr., Freddie Hubbard, Cheb Mami, Joan Sebastian, Alejandro Fernández, Vicente Fernández, Jon Hassell, Mark Isham, Elton John, James Moody, Terry Plumeri, Alphonso Johnson, Chester Thompson, and Dionne Warwick. Freddy was recently featured at the Oscars ceremony, performing the song "Remember Me" which won the Oscar for best original song from the animation movie "COCO" which also won the Oscar for best animation picture. Freddy was the guitarist for the sound track of "COCO" and the heart and soul of the movie.
RON WAGNER (percussion) has written music in a variety of styles from Indian Tabla to Brazilian rainforest music and African drum ensemble. He has performed with L. Subramanium, Larry Coryell, Peter Cetera, Steve Kujala, Chick Corea, Strunz & Farah, Ottmar Liebert and Cirque du Soleil for many years. EDUARDO DEL SIGNORE (bass) has released many music works under his name, and in collaboration with singer Daya Rawat, Gabriel Lluch and Ritual, a group of contemporary Candombe Music from Uruguay.
A true "double-threat" on both acoustic & electric bass, Adam brings a wealth of musical knowledge and musicianship stemming from his many years on stage, in the studio, as a teacher, and on the road. His prowess on both basses has led Cohen to work with the likes of Ray Charles, Taylor Dayne, The New York Voices, Engelbert Humperdinck, David Benoit, Ernie Watts, Maxine Nightingale, Phil Upchurch, Eric Benet, and Mark Isham.
